Fix UI issues with full-screen

The issues with the UI disappearing in the menu screen have been fixed.
- Updated the anchor positions of the main menu / status / pause menu UI
- Adjusted the Canvas Scaler settings on the dialogue / pause menu / status UI
- Disabled the ‘force resolution’ setting on PSXEffects
UPDATE: v1.1.6 has been added, fixing an issue with the game not quitting after beating the last boss and removing a stray skeleton.
